No Sugar: Day 1

My electric bill for the month came in about $100 more than I had expected, so I finally had to bite the bullet and start that seven-day-no-sugar challenge. I'm only a half-day in, and I'm already tired of it. I had Cheerios for breakfast and peanut butter/cheese crackers for a snack. (I'm not really sure if those are allowed, but I hate them anyway.) Have you ever had your coffee with cream and no sugar? It's not very exciting.

All I want right now is a big, spanking bowl of Moose Tracks. :-(

  1. You can do it!!!!!! Hang in there, they say once you go without it for a few days you stop craving it. But I wouldn't know about that.... ;)

  4. I was doing a cleanse last week and I was dying for sugar. Needless to say I shut the cleanse down and enjoyed a delicious candybar. Good luck on your diet.
