4 day week confusion: is it Wednesday or Thursday?

I am such a slacker. I promised photos and I left the house this morning without my camera cord. :-( I'm going to blame it on the fact that I played tourist again last night (love it when we have friends in town who give us an excuse to act like tourists), and ended up in bed way too late. Again. I'm starting to feel like I'm back in college again, with the lack of sleep I've been getting! Everyone has gone home, though, so hopefully, I'll have some pictures tomorrow.

In the meantime, you have to check out this news story. A four year old girl is abducted from her front yard, where she's playing with her brother. You automatically assume that this little girl is probably never going to see her family again, but the kidnapper chops her hair off so she looks like a boy and drops her off 80 miles from home at a car wash. Obviously it's possible that unspeakable things have happened to her since she was kidnapped which is horrible, but how awesome is it that she's alive and back at home now. It's not too often kidnapping stories end up like that. Praise the Lord for that!
