TGIF!! (More like TGIS!)

I know, I'm a little late, but I missed last week, so I figured better late than never. Work was crazy busy on Friday. My dad was out, and usually Fridays are slow, but it was our busiest day all week, so Fill-in-the-blank Friday took a hit.

1.  One thing I MUST do before I die is  have a family. For us, it's the next step. I graduated college. I got married. We bought a house. I've traveled. Next up, family.

2.  I would rather lay on the beach than go shopping any day.

3.  If I could give my younger self one piece of advice it would be spend just as much time partying, but take an extra 30 minutes a day to study more!! My GPA doesn't matter one bit now, but my last semester showed me that I was capable of a lot more. Oh, and save some freaking money, younger Hilary!! I laugh now when I remember thinking I was broke in college...

4.  If I won the lottery tomorrow I'd not change one thing about the way I live. I'd tithe first, pay off our bills and our family's bills second, travel more, and worry less about buying a bigger house in a few years.

5.  The best surprise ever was hmm... I don't really remember many surprises. I'm going to have to say that in high school, I thought when I graduated, I'd be getting my mom's '99 Explorer, and she asked me what color Xterra I wanted, because she was buying me one of those instead.

6.  My biggest fault is  I am really bad about letting people influence me. Especially my mom. When she may or may not know the best thing for me.

7.  My biggest strength is hmm... good question. I hate this job interview question - brings up bad memories!!! Probably my ability to bounce back from stressful situations. I will freak out and overreact, but give me a couple of minutes or hours, and I'll be fine and approach the situation logically.

Now, since I can't lay on the beach, I'm going shopping!
