Extreme Makeover Home Edition
Does anyone else love this show as much as I do? I don't watch it all the time, but when I do, it usually makes me bawl like a baby. The show was in my hometown last year and my brother-in-law was recommended to the show by one of his suppliers (he does cabinetry & flooring), so they worked all night (it's usually a 7pm-7am shift) to put the flooring in the house. It was super cool. Not only did he get to be a part of the whole awesome process, (except for the whole work-for-free-all-night-and-then-turn-around-and-have-to-work-your-real-job-all-day thing), his work and business name were recognized on TV, and he got a sweet t-shirt.
The show announced a couple of weeks ago that they're coming back to my hometown. And guess who received another phone call to be on the show?? Yepp, my brother-in-law. So excited for him! I can't wait to watch the episode!!

ReplyDeleteI also cry like a baby when watching that show! Just the whole 'doing good for families in tight situations' always makes me tear up.
