Happy Anniversary!
My parents have taken off and flown to Hawaii to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary this week. Happy Anniversary Mom & Dad!!
This also means that 2 of the 4 employees we have are gone.. one being the Principal. Which leaves one agent and me. We have a family friend who used to be in the industry, who fills in when we're short staffed. This morning we've already dealt with a man who used the bathroom with the DOOR OPEN! Like, full on peeing in the toilet, with the bathroom door open. Mine and another office face the bathroom. It was QUITE awkward. He was a strange, strange man, and I am visually scarred. But, hey, he didn't leave pee on the seat/floor, which is more than I can say for a lot of men who use our bathroom.
