Dinner Time.

I admire the people who can plan a week's worth of meals in one sitting. This is what our dinner schedule looked like this (and most) week(s).

Sunday: Nothing (we had a big lunch).
Monday: Ice cream (AJ worked.)
Tuesday: Leftover shrimp & pasta salad from Friday night dinner.
Wednesday: Voila! Garlic chicken alfredo.
Thursday: Tacos.
Friday: Frozen pizza.

Greens? Hardly. Meat? Not often. Good thing we're not trying to have a baby or that child might have serious malnutrition. We keep a frozen pizza on reserve at all times. With a pound of ground beef, which usually ends up in tacos. I've cooked dinner twice since AJ and I've been married & both times there was a minute amount of onions in the meals, and both time AJ ended up with a stomach ache. I don't cook, AJ's stomach doesn't hurt. Simple as that.

  1. Ahhh, I hear ya! I either under cook or over cook - but whadd'ya knowwwww, my boyfriend can perfect any meal! He lets me handle the mac n cheese, but other than that he'll be cooking! ;)

And, seriously, what is up with people (especially ones in a higher positions) not caring about others?! My hope is that I spread the worst strain of this cold to my boss! Maybe next time she'll take some pity..
