Update Update Update.

My bachelorette party is turning out the same way my bridal shower started out... it's Saturday & we invited about 10-12 and we've heard a definite yes from 3. Turns out no one got their invitation except for my sister and I. One was my fault (I forgot to include the apartment #), but the others just never got there.. I don't get it! We have one girl who will come if she can get a baby-sitter. One that will come if her cousin doesn't have a baby. One that will come if she can get into town for the day/night. My girl friends from work may only come to the out on the town part, and my pastor's daughters may only come to the in-house part. I know it will all work out and I need to QUIT stressing because I have the best MOH, awesome bridesmaids, and a great friend working on it all for me. It WILL be okay.

AJ's groomsmen gifts are well on their way... we ran into a few kinks. I just need to run up to the mall to drop them off!! In the meantime, I believe I will head to Charlotte Russe and look for myself a new dress for the bachelorette party and maybe one for the rehearsal dinner. I mean, I can wear them on the honeymoon, so why not!?

I checked my checklist on the Knot and something I didn't think about is the emergency kit for the wedding. I bookmarked the list of stuff that should be included and will get to work right away! I mean, it's like packing a bag when you're 8 months pregnant, haha. 

AJ and I also need to pick out our vows. I don't hate traditional vows, but I would like to pick some just a little more contemporary. I'll let you know how it goes.

My mom took part in today being April Fools & comes home to tell me that the bridal shop that I bought my dress from that is supposed to steam my dress in the next week has closed its doors. Haha-not. Not funny!

The hair situation is still up in the air... I should find something out tomorrow! I'll keep you updated!
