A rainy day, for sure.

I got more accomplished today!!! Go me!!

I took AJ's groomsmen gifts to the store where they need to be "done." It cost much less than other places, so that is exciting, and they should be ready in a week!

They also have these awesome water globes... I'll try to post a picture later... that I am considering for my parents' gift. AJ needs to get on the ball & figure out what his parents would like.

AJ ordered two shirts from killerdana.com, spending like $150. He ordered them both without checking with me first. My dress is ivory. The shirts he ordered were white and light yellow. One is too white... the other is too yellow. And I think he's pretty bummed about it, but what do you do?

I found my bachelorette party outfit! I'm gonna look like a skaaaaank. And I'm proud of it. Because AJ and I never go out where we really get to look hott and go out, so I am taking full advantage. I bought one of those shirt dress things where it's so short you think it's a shirt, but I'm making it into a dress. It's hot pink & strapless. With leggings. And strappy patten leather heels. I tried to find pictures of the outfit, to no avail.

I also got some essential oils for my DIY bath scrubs. One was "Relaxation" and just for the heck of it, I bought "Sex on the Beach" too. I mean, why not?

Some more things have been purchased from our registry, too! The bathroom stuff (toothbrush holder, trash can, etc.) and some silverware (which we badly needed!). Now if we could only narrow down the pillows, I think we'd be okay to move in the house. Well, and the bedding. We have one set of sheets, but we can always find a blanket if we have to!

Speaking of the house, it is coming together sooo nicely. AJ's boss & neighbor, Philip, has been helping him out the past couple of days, and just in the few days he's been there, it has come full circle. I really really appreciate all of his hard work. AJ's brother came in to help him do a few things (plumbing, cabinets) and my brother-in-law came in to help with carpet, but Philip's attitude has been, "I'll do whatever you need me to." which is tremendous. We really do appreciate everyone who has helped us out with this house... we may actually be able to move in after the wedding, haha.
