Move in day is fast approaching!

The stress of the wedding/remodel has really gotten to AJ and I lately, and last night we pretty much had it out. We hadn't really seen each other in the past week & it was starting to wear. So, after we talked (and cried.. okay, maybe that was just me) it out, I am making sure that I spend more time over at the house with him. Even if it's just to come by and check out his progress. I went over there this evening and painted the cabinets. And then he surprises me with this news:

"You can start moving your stuff over this weekend. All the major stuff is done. We can pretty much move in and finish everything else later."

Hallelujah! Music to my ears.

He put our kitchen table and china cabinet together and put them in place. The only things left that we have to do this week are:

1. Refrigerator

2. Kitchen sink

3. Ceiling fans/light fixtures 

4. Blinds

We still have to paint all the trim work & windows and the kitchen walls are almost completely unfinished. But we'll have what we need, so I'm excited. I get to go to Lowe's tomorrow after work and get our blinds, ceiling fans, and light fixtures. Wish me luck! I hate the man store!!!
